Who are Acoustic Revive?
Acoustic revive was founded by Mr Ken Ishiguro who has been an audiophile since his teenage years.Mr Ishiguro started Acoustic Revive in 1997. Acoustic Revives very first product was the Disc Demagnetizer RD-1 (now is the third version RD-3). Since then Ken Ishiguro who is the president (managing Director) and product designer of Acoustic Revive created and released epoch-making products into the world of audio. Many of Acoustic Revive products have been awarded with the most highly regarded top award such as “Audio Excellence Award”. Acoustic Revive have been awarded this title 8 years in a row and 2 years in a row for cables.
Where are Acoustic Revive from?
Acoustic Revive is a specialist company based in a small city called “Isesaki” in Gunma prefecture which is about 1/5 hours drive by motorway from Tokyo, Japan. Acoustic Revive is run by a company called Sekiguchi Machine Selling. In Gunma prefecture there are many manufactures that manufacture high quality audio accessories like our power distributor RTP-ultimate series chassis, and high quality plugs in connectors.
Why did Acoustic Revive start?
Acoustic Revive is an audio brand run by company called Sekiguchi Machine Selling. Sekiguchi Machine was originally a company which designed, manufacture and sold machines which creates huge concrete block which were used in public shore construction work. But the Japanese Ministry of Contraction decided to ban this shore construction work. So Sekiguchi Machine`s business was badly effect by the new law. At that time, many of the staff lost their employment. In the end Mr Ken Ishiguro who worked as the head of factory and ex-president were the only ones left at the company. Unfortunately, the ex-president passed away because of cancer and Ken Ishiguro was left alone and he didn't know what to do.
As previously stated, Ken Ishiguro is an Audiophile and he created a prototype of a disc demagnetizer as a hobby. So in order to keep the company alive, he decided to manufacture and sell the disc demagnetizer under the brand name called Acoustic Revive, which was simply called RD-1. Ken Ishiguro became the president and Sekiguchi Machine restarted as an audio accessory and cable manufacture. Since then Ken Ishiguro designed and released many epoch-making products into the world of audio.
What are Acoustic Revive goals?
Acoustic Revive goals are to bring out the full performance of the components and the vivid sound that is so real, just as if the piece of music is not being played backed on a audio component. There are so many cables and accessories on the market, but quite often a lot of them only change the sound. We at Acoustic Revive think that changing sound and improving sound is totally different matter. We are aiming to improve sound quality in the correct manner. We improve the sound, not just change it, that's the difference you get with Acoustic Revive products in your HiFi system.

Principle & Structure
All Hi-Fi equipment have vacant digital input and analog input terminals, these kind of empty terminals are places where dust gets easily collected. Not only that they also become an place of origin for unwanted noises such as RFI.
By letting these input terminal short-circuit, it prevents noise such as RFI getting inside the equipment. Furthermore, letting the input terminals short-circuit, unstable element of electrical current on ground side gets removed and movement of machinery circuit becomes stable. Result is, advantage for power supply impedance and sound quality improves greatly.
In addition, board for terminal part tends to be very thin. This receives the influence of vibration. By using high specific gravity and hard material for short pin, it reinforces terminals and protects from vibration.

The

Acoustic Revive REM-8
Strong electromagnetic waves emanate from the power supply transformers inside of your audio equipment. They have a negative influence on circuit boards and internal wiring, as well as neighboring components and cables, which destroys sound quality. In some equipment, power supply transformers have shielded covers or a power supply unit housed in a separate chassis. In most cases, the magnetic field passes through the shielding and equipment housing. Unfortunately, until today, there were no measures to mitigate or avoid such problems altogether.
The REM-8 releases an electromagnetic wave generated by its original print coil and circuit. Due to its revolutionary concept and structure, the electromagnetic wave released from the REM-8 cancels any electromagnetic waves emanating from the transformers of components in the audio system. The REM-8 is very simple to use. Just place it underneath the components power supply transformer without any contact. It will neutralize harmful electromagnetic waves, canceling their negative influence on equipment and cables. It will dramatically reduce noise, improve sound imaging and remove electronic glare, resulting in a very natural, realistic sound quality.
Acoustic Revive QR-8
Acoustic Revive Quartz Resonator QR-8 is not magic or occult. Reason why the sound improves by using Acoustic Revive QR-8 is that because, by placing QR-8 onto an object which causes resonance, the resonance frequency of agenda changes and it stops any resonation.Something such as plug, connector, parts, equipment switch, equipment housing, and door in the room, windows, wall, floor and ceiling resonates by its particular resonance frequency and by placing QR-8 will change the frequency and stops the resonance. But placing QR-8 to an agenda which does not resonate, adversely QR-8 may cause it to resonate or to over damp. So you have to be careful where you place the QR-8. You can check if QR-8 is causing the agenda to resonate or over dumping by listening to the sound.
At first, place the Acoustic Revive QR-8 lightly equipment which seems to resonate. If the sound improves, it means that the Acoustic Revive QR-8 has stopped it resonating. If the sound improves, place the Acoustic Revive QR-8 firmly for a rigid placement. In other wise if the sound deteriorates, take off the QR-8 and try it onto other agenda. The Acoustic Revive QR-8`s adhesive power will last for a while, but if the adhesive sheet starts to lose the power, use the replacement adhesive sheet. Finding the best effect carefully is the most important thing.
Acoustic Revive RUR-1
The
Acoustic Revive solderless RCA plugs really are state of

All you need to do is place your disc in the centre of the Acoustic Revive RD-3, then push that little button and then you need to do is wait about 20 seconds until the light goes off, then you just turn the disk over and repeat the process and BINGO it's done! how easy and quick is that? What a surprise awaits you! The RD-3 removes residual magnetism from the disc then when you go to play your treated disc you’ll hear better tonality, a wider, taller and deeper soundstage and more air between instruments with a more natural sounding, lets make our music sound more natural and lose some of the nasty digital edge so common in CD replay.
Why do optical discs, such as a compact disc become magnetized?
First of all it is thought that an iron ingredient contained in the
printing ink of the label side of the disc is one of the causes of
magnetizing discs. For example, iron oxide is used for red, yellow
or brown ink, cobalt is used for blue or green ink and nickel is used
for silver ink. These materials, iron, cobalt, nickel, are called
ferromagnetic substances, and they are relatively easy to magnetize.
The second problem is caused by the use of aluminum used for the recording
side of CD. Currently, the JIS (Japanese Industrial Standard) states
that the purity of the aluminum used must be 99.0%. The other 1% contains
ferromagnetic substance such as iron, nickel and cobalt. Aluminum
is a weak magnetic material, so it is easily influenced by magnetism.
CD players contain magnetic substances, so when a compact disc is
being played, the rotation of the mechanism, magnet and motor generates
a flux which quickly causes the discs to become magnetized.
Exactly the same process occurs in CD-R disc and DVD discs.
It is impossible to demagnetize your discs completely by other demagnetizers.
However, some of these machines may actually induce magnetism.
From information that we have studied it is easy to see that before
a demagnetizing process has been carried out, it is impossible to
obtain the highest quality information from a CD or DVD (audio and
video signal quality)Even when you use expensive electronics (CD/DVD
players etc), it is impossible to reproduce accurately all the sound
quality information found on a cd disc, the same applies to DVD picture
qualitypicture quality unless you demagnetize the disc. For example
amplifiers and loudspeakers never correct signals that have been damaged
by magnetization. Your amplifier and loudspeakers will simply reproduce
the information that they receive be that good or badgood or bad signals,
we want to give our loudspeakers the cleanest and purist sound they
we can. Demagnetizing the disc is indispensable if you are to reproduce
the music and images to the highest possible quality and to retrieve
all of the original information.

As for any high end audio product, it is an ideal to get high quality
grounding from the earth.
A lot people will face problems getting grounding done because of
the environment where they live. Even if grounding has been done,
it is difficult to get good results because of the low ground resistance.This
could lead to countercurrent of noise and radio single on to the sound.
Also, if there is an mistake in how dropping the ground from the equipment,
there is a chance of ground loop and ham noise getting on to the audio
signal.
The Acoustic Revive RGC-24 fixes chassis electrical current

is a stand-alone active device that plugs into a wall outlet but not
your HiFi rig. The Acoustic Revive RR-77 generates a 7.83Hz
Schumann frequency pulse that 'shields' your HiFi electronics and
listening room from radio frequency interference and thereby improves
the S/N ratio so the electronics perform better, the results in a
beautifully foucused soundstage, the soundstage improves in quality
with the Acoustic Revive RR-77 inplace.

The Acoustic Revive RR-77 is used in the recording and mastering
studios of major record companies." The Acoustic Revive RR-77
Schumann pulse generator is about the size of an outboard hard drive
for a computer and plugs into a wall outlet. The Acoustic Revive RR-77
is nicely made and its light weight is due to a plastic chassis containing
a single circuit board. The chassis is finished in an attractive silver
or now Black finishes with contrasting gold lettering with the name
Acoustic Revive. There is a power switch on the back and a blue LED

on and working.
The RR-77 is very easy to use, in fact it's just plug in a play, we
suggest you place the Acoustic Revive RR-77 at a height of approx
150CM for the unit to to be most effective, you can also experiment
with posistioning, but we've found at Eden Audio we get the best results
by placing the RR-77 in between our main stereo speakers, but as usual
experimenting is the key, have fun.
ACOUSTIC REVIVE Rio-5 II
When you first set your eyes on the Acoustic Revive Rio-5 you wonder
what on earth is it? The Acoustic Revive Rio-5 is a relatively tall
chrome coloured chimney which inside contains one of Acoustic Revives
favorite products which is tourmaline balls which gets heated by a
light. You then just place your favorite CD on the top and push a
button. After about 20 seconds the fan will go off and you flip the
CD and push the button one more time and repeat. The fan blows only
negative ions on the CD reducing what sounds like jitter and distortions.
This is an additive fix complimenting Xtreme’s own Liquid Resolution™,
and the demag process. It is a process all to itself.
So just why do Acoustic Revive favor the usage of tourmaline?
Tourmaline is widely known to contain electric current (0.06mA) as the human and other living body. It is reported that tourmaline can have the effect of improving water quality, release infrared rays and other effects. One of the effects that Acoustic Revive payed special attention to is that tourmaline releases negative ions, which is the same ion that is released in the natural world. This natural negative ions size is 10000/1 smaller compared to the negative ion produced electrically. Natural negative ion is easier to penetrate into the human body and other objects compared with electrically made negative ions.
So why did Acoustic Revive chose to use Tourmaline?
