The switchable upsampling electronics, coupled to a linear design valve buffer amplifier, allows the music to flow. The dynamics, instrument separation, stereo presentation and 'analogue' type sound allow you to get closer to the true emotion of the music – rock, blues, jazz or classical. The ASTINtrew AT3500 CD player, offers a very natural sound, reaches into the inner details and offers an explicit three dimensional sound stage and effortless integration.

The AstinTrew Uses the Phillips CD12 laser mechanism with CD711 servo, Burr Brown 1738 DAC and a switchable 24/96 upsampling function. Hybrid valve analogue circuitry is used to offer an exceptionally flat response, with very low distortion and 111db dynamic range, is on par with some of the best players available. The master and up-sampling clocks have independent power supplies and the very highest quality polypropylene and polystyrene capacitors are used.
